You wake up and for some odd reason, you’re in a terrible mood. You have this huge dark cloud hanging over you and you don’t know why. You look in the mirror and you're making a face filled with anger and stress. You slept for a long time and you didn’t have any bad dreams, so what’s the problem?

This negative mood ends up becoming a major influence on the bad day that you are having. You say to yourself “It all started from this morning, what happened to me?”

The truth is that nothing is wrong is with you, you are not the only one in the world who has woken up on the wrong side of the bed. This is a common occurrence for all humans and is something that tends to get overlooked.

After some research, I discovered a few ways to why that is so. Surprisingly, it has nothing to do with us in the morning, it has to do with how to conduct ourselves the night before. When you are settling down for bed you're not too worried about what you’ll feel like when you wake up, your more concerned about the 6–8-hour nap you're going to take. At least that's what's going on through my head, after a long day I just want to go to sleep.
