Being Soft Spoken Is a Strength

It’s common for someone to grab everyone’s attention by using their raised voice. When’s the last time you’ve seen someone with a soft voice take control?

It’s not common for people like this to take control but they do have the ability to do it. What matters the most is the timing on which that person speaks. If you have a soft voice and you speak at the right moment, you can surprise a lot of people.

Everything you say in those moments has to mean something though. Many people who are loud, are able to get away with not saying too many things that make sense when trying to make a point.

They'll say something meaningful at first, but then drift off into something that makes their point sound a little silly. Now, not every person who is loud says things that are wrong or silly.

No matter what kind of tone of voice you have, everything that you say has to be meaningful, even if that means being a little vulnerable. The best way to move people in your soft-spoken voice is to be as honest as possible.
